Stoneburner gets the critic treatment by Providence Cicero this week. For the most part, she liked the food at the Ballard restaurant (seemingly on the same level as BJC). Of the pizzas: "(I endorse) the version topped with chanterelles, onion and thinly sliced potato rounds." Missteps include: "burrata past its creamy peak," "not enough char distinguished the grilled octopus paired with cucumber," and "burnt leeks and nearly raw broccoli spears marred an otherwise lovely farro salad." Two-and-a-half stars. [The Seattle Times]
