Mkt., the new fun-sized restaurant from Ethan Stowell, opens tonight in the Keystone Building in Tangletown.
Seth Sexton, the manager and wine director at How To Cook A Wolf, will be on bar duty, while chef Joe Ritchie takes on the kitchen. He'll be joined by Monica Dimas from Anchovies & Olives. (Peek their current menu).
Mkt. is open daily from 5 to 10 pm and until 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at (206) 812.1580, through OpenTable, and soon through the ESR website.
