The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Thursday 5:30 to midnight and Friday and Saturday until 1 am. In a couple of weeks, Ronspies plans to add a late night happy hour menu from 10:30 to close that will offer both food and booze specials.
Most importantly, Ronspies (brother of Art of the Table chef/owner, Dustin Ronspies) wants to stress that his place will be, above all else, fun. Count on good music, high energy and a bar full of happy people.
