Brad Thomas Parsons, former Seattle cocktail mover-and-shaker and author of the James Beard Award-winning book Bitters, has landed a new book deal with Ten Speed Press. According to Publishers Marketplace, Amaro will be a "spirited exploration of the world of aperitifs, digestifs, and bitter liqueurs...featuring more than 70 amaro-centric cocktail recipes and a dozen DIY amaro recipes."
