EVERYWHERE— Congratulations are in order to seven Washington State companies who scooped up accolades at the 2014 Good Food Awards in San Francisco. Evergreen State winners are Glendale Shepard (Island Brebis cheese), Kuma Coffee (Kenya Kiamabara AA), Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. (Ethiopia Konga), Roast House (Batzchocola Guatemalan), Firefly Kitchens (Firefly Kimchi), Oly Kraut (Sea Vegetable & Curry Kraut), and Lilli-Pilli Patisserie (Mirabelle Plum preserves). [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL— As if their amazing juices weren't enough, Juicebox owners Kari Brunson and Brandin Myett have announced that they'll be serving dinners — made of food, people — starting on January 24. But these aren't just any dinners; the AOPC series will be single-seating weekly affairs served family style, with 25 guests. The cost is 90 bucks, which includes tip and wine 'n beer pairings, and every week is different. Buy tickets for Mike Easton's (Il Corvo) Sicilian feast on February 8, a Dominican affair with Manu Alfau, or any of the other five dates currently available online. [SeattleMet]

SEATAC— Celebrity chefs will be in the house — Cedarbrook Lodge's house, that is — for an awesome cause on March 29. The Savor: Sustaining Lives, Nourishing Hope chef dinner and auction benefits Food Lifeline, to help feed the hungry. Thierry Rautureau (Luc, Loulay), Holly Smith (Cafe Juanita), Bobby Moore (Barking Frog), Jason Wilson (Crush, Miller's Guild), and Roy Breiman and Mark Bodinet (Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar) are donating their time and mad skills to feed attendees, who can grab tix for $195/person, or set up a whole table. A VIP option is also available, featuring an exclusive pre-party with the chefs, live music, a VIP gift bag, and hors d'oeuvres prepared by Salumi's Armandino Batali. [Eaterwire]

BELLTOWN/SOUTH LAKE UNION/LOWER QUEEN ANNE— John Howie is "fighting back" against the 49ers, since the team's Twitter invited San Francisco fans to hang at Sport Restaurant & Bar for the game. Seahawks fans are invited to come to the resto from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday to rally for the Hawks. Anyone who shows up in the blue and green gets a comp card for a free pizza for later, plus $2 Rainiers, and a turn signing the 12th Man flag Howie's bringing to the Super Bowl. [EaterWire]
