Globetrotter Bonjwing Lee, known for his blog Ulterior Epicure, has picked his 15 best dishes of 2013 and two of them come from Willows Inn on Lummi Island. Of the smoked sockeye salmon (#6), Lee says, "Left at one bite, I would have felt cheated; at three, it would have been too much. At two, it was perfect."
