Spanish Restaurant Olivar Is on the Market for $125,000

It appears Olivar might be adding its name to the list of restaurants that once took up real estate in the Loveless building.

CHS has word that the Spanish tapas spot across from Harvard Exit on E. Roy St. is on the market. The listing cites "family issues" as forcing an immediate sale.

Before opening in 2008, the space housed Bacchus and the short-lived Coco La Ti Da.

Anyone with $125K burning a hole in their pocket could have dibs on the place.
