Bill the Butcher is expanding to Portland. Puget Sound Business Journal reports the local butcher shop chain plans to open 10 retail locations in Portland to add to its current line-up of six locations in the Seattle area (with a seventh coming to Kirkland). No word on when this planned expansion will begin. [PSBJ]
