The massive Bavarian beer hall on Capitol Hill known as Von Trapp's will be celebrating its first birthday on Sunday, Feb. 9, with some special deals. Happy hour drink prices will be in full effect for the entire day ($4 drafts and wine, $8 cocktails) and pretzels will be just a buck. At 4 pm, the Bavarian Village Band takes the stage, playing traditional tunage until 7 pm.
