Brimmer & Heeltap has been quietly open for the past couple of weeks now, getting everything moving like clockwork in preparation for next Wednesday's (Jan. 15) grand opening.
The bistro-pub that moved into the space that once housed Le Gourmand and Sambar is a collaboration between industry vet Jen Doak and former Revel chef Mike Whisenhunt. It's open 5 pm to midnight every night except Tuesday. Check out the menu.
