BELLTOWN -- Bell + Whete is rolling out a new fall dinner menu featuring "modern interpretations of classic old world dishes of the Normans." The menu includes items like grilled artichokes and mushrooms with house flatbread and farmers cheese; wild mushroom risotto with mascarpone and sherry; roasted lamb shoulder with balsamic glazed cipollini, grilled zucchini, and minted chevre; and seafood stew with clams, shrimp, salmon, fennel, and fingerling potatoes. BELLEVUE -- Sarah Scott has been named the Executive Chef of El Gaucho Bellevue, making her Washington's first female chef at a premier steakhouse.
