Cooking Demo with Skillet Exec Chef; Lit Crawl with Seattle Food Authors

DOWNTOWN -- Skillet Executive Chef Nick Novello will be demoing his gluten-free ricotta and masa dumplings (browned butter dumplings with roasted butternut squash puree, graffiti eggplant, fall squash, fennel, and arugula) at Pike Place Martket's Atrium Kitchen tomorrow. SNOQUALMIE -- Now through the end of October, The Attic at Salish Lodge and Spa is offering a grilled cheese sandwich with Beecher's Cheddar and Salish Honey Ale Spread on toasted sourdough, plus a honey ale and tomato soup.
