Single Shot, the new Summit Ave. spot next to Top Pot Doughnuts, is officially open for dinner. The 1,200-square-foot restaurant and bar is a collaboration between Rory McCormick (Re:public, formerly Post), chef James Sherrill, (Re:public, ex-Crush, Restaurant Zoe), wine and service director Guy Kugel (formerly of Altura), and bar director Adam Fream (formerly of Zig Zag and Elysian).
Check out the menu, featuring Tuscan kale flatbread and cauliflower roasted in a stone oven.
