DOWNTOWN -- Acclaimed Seattle sushi chef Shiro Kashiba (of Shiro's fame) is breaking his recent retirement for a demonstration at Pike Place Market's Atrium Kitchen. The demo will include a tasting of classic sushi dishes and seasonal matsutake mushroom broth along with Japanese green teas from Perennial Tea Room.
