This Saturday, Heong Soon Park (Chan, Bacco) cuts the ribbon on his latest restaurant, Tray Kitchen. Guests can order off a frequently changing, Korean-inspired a la carte menu from Park and sous chef Ben Reden (ex-Stoneburner) or pluck "dim sum-style" dishes as they're wheeled around the room on a shiny red cart. Expect veg-centric small plates using ingredients from Park's half-acre Woodinville farm, like butter poached broccoli, roasted cauliflower, and drunken raisins.
The high-acid, low alcohol wine program is headed up by Jon Blechman, former beverage director of Mario Batali’s Lupa.
