Belltown's upcoming Palladian Hotel on Second and Virginia will house restaurant Shaker & Spear and bar Pennyroyal, reports Nosh Pit. The menu in the Graham Baba-designed eatery was created by Tulio's Walter Pisano: Expect seafood-centric mains like Ahi with Harissa butter and beets at reasonable prices, plus seasonal plates including winter bread salad.
All you really need to know about the Kimpton-owned hotel's cocktail bar, Pennyroyal, is that it features a "rotating punch bowl." Look for both to open early next year.
