On Monday, Eater revealed photos of Tray Kitchen, the new concept from Heong Soon Park (Chan, Bacco.) The menu is a mashup of Korean flavors and Northwest ingredients, including produce grown on Park's half-acre Woodinville farm. Order off an a la carte menu or from a cherry red cart wheeling around dim sum-style small plates, a la San Francisco's State Bird Provisions.
