Lahi Pop Ups Are Back; Bastille Launches Big Bottle Tuesday

QUEEN ANNE -- Lahi pop-up is returning to Grub starting tonight, from 5 to 10 p.m. "Lahi is poised and excited to return with rejuvenated purpose," says chef and proprietor Irbille Donia. "We have planned for 6 months of pop ups as we continue our progression into a brick and mortar restaurant which we intend to open up by Sept. of 2015." CAPITOL HILL -- Capitol Hill Seattle is reporting that the Lobby Bar is looking to relocate after five years at its East Pike home. The bar will close after Saturday night and begin the hunt for a new location. The bar was not given the option to renew its lease. [CHS]

BALLARD -- Bastille is launching a new promotion called Big Bottle Tuesdays, which starts tomorrow. The restaurant will crack open a new magnum each Tuesday, as "wine typically ages more gracefully in large formats." First up is a 2007 Vieux Donjon Chateauneuf du Pape magnum for $9/taste and $18/glass. The restaurant will also offer Chateauneuf du Pape wine flights for $25 from November 14 through December 21, along with $9 tasters and $18 glasses.
