Football at King's Hardware and Bait Shop; Rhein Haus Tailgate Party

'HAWKS WIRE -- The Bait Shop on Capitol Hill and King's Hardware in Ballard are showing the remainder of the Seahawks games. Both spots are offering blue-and-green cocktail specials. At Bait Shop, there are also $2 taquitos and happy hour all night long. [EaterWire]

CENTRAL DISTRICT -- Rhein Haus is hosting a pre-Seahawks tailgate party in the Biergarten starting at 10 a.m. Chef Pete Fjosne will man an outdoor grill, cooking chili cheese dogs and "Sloppy Hans" sandwiches. Elysian Brewery will be on site pouring their football season special "Elysian of Boom" IPA. A portion of the proceeds from sales will benefit the Greater Seattle Business Association's Scholarship Fund. [EaterWire]

PORTAGE BAY -- Ericka Burke's new Canal Market doesn't open until February, but she's holding a holiday pop-up shop beginning Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. The opening pop-up night will feature wine and light snacks, and loads of crafts, art, and treats from local vendors. The shop will continue with regular hours: Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Christmas Eve, when the shop will close at 3 p.m. [EaterWire]
