Without further ado, we present the latest and greatest from our sister site, Curbed Seattle.

RENT CHECK -- As rents keep soaring, Curbed started wondering what you could get for your money if you could only spend $700/month. Studios and aPodments, apparently. Check out the listings in Capitol Hill, Greenwood, U District and more.

GRAND RE-OPENINGS -- Seattle's iconic Cinerama will reopen its doors today with the premiere of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part I after an extensive overhaul inside and out. From the giant mural on the outside wall to the new wine & beer options at the concession stand, Curbed took a look around. Check out our photos and recap right over here.

POWER SOURCE -- Have you ever said to yourself, "I wish our next neighborhood electrical substation came with an exercise loop?" If so, you're in luck. Seattle City Light is holding an open house tonight to discuss their design for the upcoming $174M substation at Denny & Stewart in South Lake Union. Plans call for a small park, quarter-mile exercise loop and "elevated interpretive pedestrian walkway." Curbed has renderings and more details.
