KICKSTARTIN' -- Chef Lisa Nakamura's Gnocchi Bar Indiegogo campaign is in its final days. Nakamura is hoping to raise $50,000 to help bring her handmade gnocchi restaurant to fruition, helping her pay salaries and rent, buy inventory, and "provide a cushion when the unexpected happens," as it so often does with new restaurants.
