Stateside, the could-not-be-more-anticipated French/Vietnamese restaurant from Eric Johnson, is set to open in the next few weeks next to Victrola in Capitol Hill. Eater initially reported on the new project last April.
A refresher on Johnson: The chef settled in Seattle a few years back after working in New York with Daniel Boulud and at Jean-Georges. He also spent time in Paris opening Jean-Georges' Market and Jean-Georges in Shanghai.
Here's an early look at Stateside's dining room. Stay close for opening day intel.
