Over the weekend, chef Alec Dimitrijevic revealed his new concept Spaghetti Western, on track to open this month in the former La Bete space. And as the cell phone shots on the restaurant's new Facebook page confirm, the dining room is getting dressed up with genre-appropriate "retro western 60's 70's shit to feast yer senses on."
For the menu? Expect barbecue, noodles, burgers, and booze. And pork rinds.
Dimitrijevic was determined to open a new concept in the space after he shuttered the four-year-old La Bete last summer:
...I am really excited about doing something new, turning over a new leaf, and starting the first chapter in a totally new book, with new characters and a fresh ass script.
Spaghetti Western is scheduled to debut November 11, stay close for details.
