Hi, Amazonia: Naanz Is Bringing Fast-Casual Indian Food to SLU

Indian-inspired food, real fast.

Naanz/Facebook

Naanz is opening in South Lake Union just before Christmas in a new construction on Republican St. Staff tell Eater that the fast-casual, "Indian inspired" menu will be filled with traditional Indian flavors; customers will be served Chipotle-style (sub naan for tortillas) and have the option to eat in or carry out. Wraps will be filled with tandoor free-range, hormone-free lamb and chicken, plus rice bowls. A full bar is also in the works.

Naanz will open for lunch and dinner, then plans to start up a brunch menu, deliver orders, and cater events. Look for doors to open in the middle of December.
