The new French-Vietnamese concept from chef Eric Johnson has finally arrived.

Stateside's Eric Johnson unlocked the doors of his new French-Vietnamese concept on Pike St. over the weekend, with lucky first diners sampling crispy duck fresh rolls, soy glazed beef short ribs, pickled mustard greens, and more from the inaugural menu.
