Himalayan Sherpa House launched last month in the former Eva space near Zoka and Mighty-O in Tangletown. The Nepalese restaurant is owned by Ang Sherpa, with chef Jangbu Sherpa heading up the kitchen staff. Fun fact: Jangbu has climbed Mt. Everest without oxygen. Ten times.
