The cafe from Seattle to New York to Seattle again barista/owner Brendan Mullally and roaster Drew Fitchette (ex-Stumptown) has its health inspection on the books for Monday. After Mullally gets the green light he's planning to cut the ribbon by mid-week. Stay close for updates.
