Seattle's Newest Dining Spot Is 73 Floors Up

Sky View Observatory opens a new cafe.

The Sky View Cafe opened last week on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center, part of the building's Sky View Observatory. The menu was developed by Ravishing Radish Catering and includes items like baguette sandwiches, pastries and tarts from Le Fournil, Washington beers and ciders, wines and sparkling wines, and coffee from Seattle's Middle Fork Roasters. There's a full menu available online.

The cafe will be open for tailgating ahead of the last two Seahawks games and for New Year's Eve.
