At long last, Elm Coffee Roasters officially unlocked its doors at 7 a.m. this morning. Here at Eater Seattle HQ, we're more than happy to welcome a microroaster embracing on-trend roasting and brewing methods in a gorgeous new space. Elm has settled into the Furuya-Corgiat building in Pioneer Square alongside some pretty great neighbors. Now possible: morning coffee at Elm, lunch at neighboring pie shop Pizzeria Gabbiano, and drinks/dinner one door down at Good Bar. Do it.
