Two barbeque nerds, James Barrington (of the Hallava Falafel food truck) and Matt Davis are teaming up to bring their Wood Shop BBQ truck to the streets of Seattle in the new year. They'll serve pulled pork, ribs, and brisket smoked with hickory wood in a custom smoker built in Texas.
The truck has had a few practice runs at Chuck's in Greenwood, but will get going with a weekly schedule starting January 1. You'll be able to find them at the Fremont Sunday Market, the Bellevue pod, South Lake Union, and both Chuck's locations. The truck's Facebook page will announce appearances.
