The Market Hall, a "grocery and specialty foods emporium" from L.A. restaurateur Tony Riviera, is happening. The market/restaurant hybrid is headed for the Olivian Apartments at 809 Olive Way. Market Hall will include a restaurant and Eataly-esque/Dean and Deluca-ish grocery stocked with fresh produce, meat, and prepared grab-and-go lunch options. Project management and construction will be headed up by San Digeo-based Jaime Partners.
The Seattle location is part of Market Hall's expansion efforts in San Francisco, San Diego, and Dallas. All four locations will open by late Spring of 2015.
