SEATTLE—The first annual Beer Best In Show in which 13 local breweries compete at the 138th Annual Westminster Dog Best in Show has concluded, and congratulations are in order for Elysian Yippee Ki Yay Triple IPA, which took top honors (likewise to "Sky," the Wire Fox Terrier who's bringing home the blue ribbon).
