Nacho Borracho Opening This Weekend on Capitol Hill

The nachos are coming to Capitol Hill this weekend, and it's about dang time. Back in November, Eater learned from Kate Opatz and Rachel Marshall, the ladies behind Montana, that Nacho Borracho would be moving in to the Ooba Tooba space at 209 Broadway E. as soon as possible. That time is now, as Rachel confirmed to Eater.

So, what is the place going to have that we don't already know about? "Let me think… A photo booth, food until very late, and strong drinks," the proprietress divulged. "Kate is in charge of making the place look amazing, I'm in charge of making the drinks taste amazing. She's an amazing partner."

The menu will feature giant nacho platters, taco salad, homemade Queso, and Tabasco molasses wings. In case you're not already driving over for prime seating, they've coined the phrase "Velveeta-ing" and they're freezing up cocktails into slushie goodness as we speak.
