Ballard's GROG is changing up the grub portion of its permanent pop-up today and swapping its current food line-up for a new Asian inspired menu that ranges from hamachi deviled eggs to kim chee fried rice and green tea profiteroles. Chase away the chill with three new hot toddy varieties (served communally for up to eight drinkers), including spicy hot chocolate and soju or shochu with cranberry juice and coconut cream.
