A Barleywine Bacchanal; Highline's Kitchen Open Again

WEST SEATTLE—Beveridge Place Pub kicks off its 12th annual Barleywine Bacchanal March 1. 30 varieties of the extra strong ale, including the especially intriguing Hair of the Dog Doggy Claws, 7 Seas Old Wheelchair, and Left Hand Oaked Widdershins will flow on tap for one week. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL— The vegan kitchen at Broadway's Highline Bar is up-and-running after a six month break. Hours might expand in the future, but starting tonight food will be served from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday nights only. [CHS]

FREMONT— On March 7, Agrodolce hosts a dinner with winemakers Alessandro Cellai of Tuscan winery Rocca di Frassinello and Sicilian winery Sicilian Feudi del Pisciotto. Pours will be paired with six courses, including celery root soup, grilled lamb, and a "composed cheese plate" with stewed fruit, toasted pistachio, and honeycomb.
