Bell + Whete Opening This Summer in Belltown

Bell + Whete is coming to Belltown. The new project from the founders of Local 360 is slated to launch later this year at 206 Bell Apartments, Leslie Kelly reports over at Zagat. Unlike its sibling's focus on locally sourced ingredients, Bell + Whete's French and English-inspired menu will feature various international flavors. Expect decidedly meat-centric offerings, with "all sorts of swine, roasted fowl and house-made sausages."

The spot is so new that no website is up yet; owners are hiring an executive chef and flushing out menu details. Look for doors to open this summer.
