WALLINGFORD— Miyabi 45th is pouring small hot sakes and pints of Sapporo for a buck today in honor of the Seahawks' big win. The deal lasts until 2 pm and again from 5 to 10 pm. [Facebook]
WEST SEATTLE— Admiral Bird opened its doors this morning. West Seattle Blog reports that the cafe is a collaboration between folks from Bird on a Wire Espresso and Circa Alehouse and shares space with Flower Lab. Hours for now are 8 am until 3 pm but will extend into the evening as soon as the shop's liquor license gets the green light. [WSB]
SODO— Three of more than 33 cases of the latest batch of bourbon from 2bar Spirits remain up for grabs. The brown liquor is the first of its kind to be produced entirely in Seattle using all-local grains. 375ml bottles at 100 proof are available at the distiller's tasting room. [EaterWire]
