Joule's Sunday Wine Dinners, Meatball Mondays & More!

FREMONTJoule kicks off its 2014 Sunday Wine Dinner series on Feb. 23. Instead of the usual paired and coursed wine supper, chef Rachel Yang will serve five modern Korean dishes to taste with glasses of three vino varietals from Scarborough Winery. BALLARD— A far cry from Meatless Monday, Stoneburner is starting up Meatball Monday on Feb. 10. For $10, house-made thin (spaghettini) or fat (bigoli) spaghetti is topped with a monster meatball and red sauce. Extra balls and condiments including pickled peppers and marjoram salsa verde are up for grabs for an extra $2 each. The special runs from 5 to 10 pm every Monday night. [EaterWire]
