QUEEN ANNE— LloydMartin is organizing a benefit dinner tonight to support Christopher Pratt, one of the Queen Anne restaurant's first cooks. Pratt was hit by a car and seriously injured while riding his moped on February 25. To help pay for medical bills that aren't covered by insurance, LloydMartin is collecting contributions and donating proceeds from a pair of featured entrees to Pratt's care fund starting at 5 p.m. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL HILL— Liberty is hosting a second Book Lush event in our literate city. Come armed with a book idea and the bar and sushi spot's mixologist will create a cocktail to match next Tuesday, March 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. [Facebook]

WALLINGFORD— Chef Maria Hines already eats raw food at home, and for one night she's preparing a six-course raw dinner at her first restaurant Tilth.
