Stone Way is about to score Russell's Bar. The watering hole near The Whale Wins and Joule will serve cocktails, wine on tap, and shots with beer chasers. Nosh Pit reports that former Kells bar manager Joe Russell is launching the unfussy neighborhood spot. Russell brought on Toulouse Petit and Re:Public alum Dave Rochier to create the food program, which includes homemade pot pies. Look for doors to open as soon as next Friday.
