St. Pat's Day at Witness; Offal Dinner at Le Petit Cochon

CAPITOL HILL—Yep, a slew of bars and restaurants are serving green-tinged booze and corned beef for St. Patrick's Day. For something a little more proper Witness Bar is offering lucky plates of foie gras torchon, fig puree, and truffle oil gel all the night long. [Twitter]

WEST SEATTLE— Blue Moon Burgers may be headed for the former Alki Auto Repair space, reports West Seattle Blog. Owner Charlie Olson's name is on papers posted on the door, but whether or not he's planning another Blue Moon location or something new remains TBD. [WSB]

FREMONT— Chef Derek Ronspies is hosting his first offal dinner at Le Petit Cochon on March 25. Charlie Beck and Charmaine Slaven of bluegrass group Squirrel Butter are scheduled to perform at the seven-course, 7 p.m. meal. Call 206-829-8943 for reservations. [EaterWire]
