WALLINGFORD— In more weekend bakery pop-up news, starting this Saturday Marcella's Juice and Pastry will open shop inside Satay on 45th St. Tracy Marcella, a Seattle transplant whose obsession with baking, "was sparked with the French macaron on a trip to West Seattle's Bakery Nouveau," will serve her homemade croissants, scones, cinnamon brioche rolls, and rotating macaroon flavors from 8:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. each week.
