Capitol Hill— Six Seattle chefs will tackle one course at Capitol Cider's "Apples Get Paired" dinner with cider pairings from Finnriver Farms. The March 31 meal includes dishes by The Old Sage's Matthew Woolen, Noyer's Kyl Haselbauer, Tilth's Aaron Wilcenski, Kitchen Mercenary's Mark Young, and Palace Kitchen's Dezi Bonow.
