After preparing food on a four-burner electric stove for eight years (and serving artisanal toast before it was a thing) Melissa Nyffeler closed Dinette in Capitol Hill last December in order to find a new space with a proper kitchen. While her hunt continues for a brick-and-mortar home, Nyffeler is bringing Dinette back for one night at a pop-up in Solo Bar on Lower Queen Anne. The $35, multi-course meal happens April 6 at 6 p.m. and is limited to 24 guests.
