Says Atkinson: "Writing exercises a different part of the brain than cooking does and when you've been on your feet for sixty hours a week, it's nice to sit down at the desk and think about something other than cleaning the refrigerator, scheduling the help, or ordering the produce. Writing for me is I suppose like watching television for some people." [Zagat]
