SEATTLE— All we've been hearing lately is how much average rents are going up around Seattle. We decided to take a look around to find an available rental in Downtown, Ballard, Central District, Queen Anne, Wallingford, First Hill, Capitol Hill, West Seattle, U-District, North Seattle, and Rainier Valley to find out exactly what these averages will get you.

BALLARD— Be afraid, Fremont, there's a new canal office campus coming to town. C.D. Stimson is looking to turn Ballard into Seattle's next desirable location for office space with plans for a 500K sq. ft. campus along the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Check out the first-look rendering here.

MADISON PARK— Builder NK Architects was honored this week with an AIA National Housing Award for its design of 'Park Passive,' Seattle's first certified Passive House. NK Also on the list of award recipients was the Sol Duc Cabin on the Olympic Peninsula by Seattle architects Olson Kundig Architects.
