Frost Doughnuts is shooting for an early May opening for its new 3,200-square-foot store in Mill Creek. In addition to fried fritters, Frost will feature a dozen new cupcake flavors (two are gluten-free) and serve frozen custard in cannoli cones. Victrola is creating an espresso blend for the shop named "Lucylle" after the owner's mom, "who can frequently be seen at Frost making cake pops."
