BALLARD— Maria Hines hosts a Seder dinner at Golden Beetle tonight and tomorrow. Hines held her first Seder last year with the help of Jewish staff and studied an old Sedar cookbook to make sure traditions were kept in place. The $50 meal includes lamb with sour cherries and fingerling potatoes and port-poached pear charoset with cacao nibs.
