Elysian Bar is planning to open its doors in the next couple of weeks, reports Nosh Pit. The shmancier downtown sibling to Elysian's trio of brewpubs announced more of its staff roster, including Rumba alum Connor O'Brien and Adam Fream (formerly of Bathtub Gin, The Sexton, and Bait Shop).
