Bastille has been growing lettuce and herbs in raised beds on its roof since it opened on Ballard Ave. in 2009. Now, with the help of Seattle Urban Farm Company Bastille and Stoneburner chef Jason Stoneburner is launching Blue Tractor Farm in Redmond. The first seeds went into the ground earlier this month, and produce like rose radishes and purple cauliflower should start showing up on both restaurants' menus in May. [EaterWire]
